Your staff, from salesman to the crews, is fabulous!
Dear Mr. Carns, I wanted to send a quick note regarding our recent installation of an irrigation system. Your staff, from the salesman Steve Bindeman to the crews, is fabulous! They are dedicated and conscientious, you should be very proud of them. Your installation foreman Eulojio was great! It was obvious that he had trained the crews well and that they respected him. They worked all day and late into the evening to finish our large yard. The crew was friendly and helpful and did not mind when we would ask questions and stand around watching them, it is interesting seeing how the system goes together! The day after the installation, a gentleman from down the street stopped to tell us that we had chosen the right contractor and that we would be very happy. Well, he was absolutely right! We are thrilled with the system, our grass is already looking green and thick again. Of course, I have not gotten my first water bill, I may change my mind after that!! After the first two weeks, I had to hide the remote from my husband, he was having way too much fun! Please accept our thanks for a job well done. And please pass along a special thanks to Steve, Eulojio and the crew.

The organization deserves praise!
Pettys recently installed an irrigation system in our yard. The organizatin deserves praise for the efficient and courteous way the project was ran. Considering all the piping, valves and sprinkler heads that had just been installed in our yard, there was little evidence of anything being done. Thank you.

You performed your service just as you stated!
Just wanted you to know how pleased I am with the new lawn and irrigation system that you installed for me. Not only am I happy with the lawn and irrigation system but how you conduct your business. When I first began getting bids for the process from several companies, I realized that all of a sudden I was going to become a yard contractor. The other firms had too many IFS in their quotes. When you quoted, you gave me a TURN KEY price that included everything including the sprinkler system. As the saying goes, one call does it all! You had a good price and more important, you performed your service just as you stated. You were here on time and got the job done as scheduled. Your supervisor, staff and crews are top notch. Much to my surprise, they even cleaned up the driveway and sidewalks before leaving.

Petty Sprinkler recently installed our sprinkler system and landscaping and I would like to tell you that it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I thought the odds were against having so many efficient people in one company. All your people knew what they were doing. The estimator, the installers, and masonry people - all did a great job. The entire job was done with the know-how and care I would have given had I been able to do it myself. Please accept this letter as verification that Pettys Irrigation and Landscape Company has worked on projects that I have designed and assisted through the construction phase of the projects. Pettys has demonstrated that they can competently handle projects of all magnitudes of sizes and scope of services. It has been my experience that Pettys uses a very high quality of plants and materials in the installation of landscape site development. Pettys has been the landscape and irrigation contractor on two of the new Tyler ISD elementary schools. They have installed plant material that are of the high quality that Tyler ISD and I demanded be installed at the new schools.
Pettys experience and quality of irrigation systems is well known throughout the East Texas area. It is always better to have one contractor for both the Landscape Development and the Landscape Irrigation system. This helps eliminate any conflicts that may arise between two contractors during construction and the warranty period of the project. Whenever any questions or situations have come to my attention, Pettys has always shown the desire and ability to address and correct any problems in a reasonable time frame.
My experience with Pettys warranty follow up has been excellent. Whenever there have been warranty items, Pettys has addressed the situations without hesitation or complaint. Pettys Irrigation and Landscape Company project performance in the installation of landscape site development and irrigation systems has, in my estimation, always been one of striving to maintain high professional standards.
